KFWB (L.A.) had ceased printing its survey for the public after 1966, but
continued to type it up for in-house use throughout 1967. Here is another

(Notes: On #5, this is how KFWB listed this record, although it's actually
"Blue's Theme" and the artist is Davie Allan and the Arrows. #28 is shown
just as Nancy, although it's by Nancy Sinatra. She was hot this week, with
three records on, so I guess whoever typed the survey figured everyone on
the staff would know it was Nancy S. )
